Shipping/Returns

Shipping Service                                                                         Shipping is Free for orders over $50 and will take 3-9 business days to arrive via USPS First Class or USPS Priority, depending on size of the order.

Orders $50 and over will not be charged for Standard shipping. These rates are not applicable for orders shipped outside of the US. Free Shipping applies only to merchandise. Taxes and Gift Cards do not count toward the Free Shipping total.

You MUST ensure your shipping address (including your Paypal shipping address) is up to date. We cannot be held responsible if the shipping address is incorrect, or not current. This is your responsibility so please check it. Any changes to your order, including incorrect shipping address will result in an additional shipping charge AND re-stocking fee.

Shipping Time — Most orders received before 1:00PM Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Attention International Orders                                                                     Tariffs, Taxes and Duties

Overnight and Express Service
Orders placed for overnight service before 11:00AM PST will ship out the same day. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will not be shipped until the next business day. Deliveries will only be made during business days, Monday through Friday, except at Christmas time. Please email customerservice@knittykitty.com for a quote for your specified location.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO or U.S Territories
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.

Shipping with another carrier other than USPS
If you would prefer to ship with another carrier such as UPS or FedEx, you can email customerservice@knittykitty.com to make a request and get a quote before ordering.

Multiple Product Orders                                                                           For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns                                                                                                     Due to health regulations all sales on underwear, this includes boy shorts, thongs, g-strings, etc., ARE FINAL.

On items other than underwear, If for any reason you do not want to keep an item you have purchased, you may return any unused, unopened, with original tags, and undamaged item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of the item’s purchase price.

Only merchandise that is returned in its original or sellable condition will be credited to your account. Please contact our Customer Service department at customerservice@knittykitty.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and further information regarding merchandise returns. Any items returned without proper authorization will be refused!

Defective or damaged items:
If any of the items from your order are missing, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please contact a customer service representative for assistance within 2 business days of delivery by calling 707-225-0535 or by sending an email containing your name, order number and a description of the problem to customerservice@knittykitty.com.
